Ash Barton Estate is nestled in the rolling hills of North Devon, we are surrounded by 25 acres of woodland, fields, gardens, wildflower meadows and lakes, and we also have a walled garden, a large open courtyard and an event barn.
If you’re looking for unique venues in Devon, look no further. Our big event barn is the perfect space for your conference during the day, easily seating 200, and keeping everyone entertained for the whole night. With the games room, indoor five-a-side pitch, basketball court, full-size snooker and pool tables, band stage, dance floor and indoor heated pool. And unlike other venues in the area, we don't have a closing time!

The house can sleep 35, with space for glamping within the grounds and more off-site residential space on request.
