We genuinely couldn’t have asked for a better venue or team for our party. The Beneath Bar at The Botanist was absolutely perfect from start to finish - the space is beautiful, the atmosphere was incredible and the whole evening completely exceeded our expectations. From the very beginning, Paul was fantastic to deal with. Communication throughout the booking and planning process was brilliant - everything was clear, easy and well organised, and Paul was always helpful and responsive whenever we had a question. It made planning the whole event feel completely stress-free and we felt confident everything was in safe hands before we’d even arrived. On the night, Rahni looked after us and was absolutely fantastic. She was attentive, friendly and somehow made sure no glass was ever left empty! Stephen behind the bar was equally brilliant - so warm and welcoming, and nothing ever felt like too much trouble. The entire team went above and beyond to make sure we and our guests had the best possible night. The food was exceptional, the drinks flowed all evening and everything ran seamlessly. We were able to completely relax and enjoy ourselves because the team had everything taken care of. Most importantly, our guests had an amazing time. So many people have told us since that it was one of the best parties they’ve ever been to, which says everything! We honestly wouldn’t change a thing. A huge thank you to Paul, Rahni, Stephen and the entire Botanist team for making our celebration so special. If you’re considering The Beneath Bar for an event, we couldn’t recommend it highly enough. An easy five stars from us! ❤️
