Pleasant communication
Whilst emails were responded to promptly, it transpired that pre-planning was either not communicated or carried out by the team at the venue, it ultimately wasted my time and resulted in an evening that I had to manage on the night. I was also looking forward to enjoying the event with my colleagues but sadly this wasn't meant to be.
