Excellent communication

Excellent; it actually wasn't our first choice venue, but Sophie was so responsive and clear in her communication that we switched to the Huntsman. I know that some people may get annoyed by chases and follow-ups, but I actually found it really helpful as I had other work to do and it was a really useful reminder.
