Jenice’s Event and Conference Center (Jenice's) meeting rooms are available for use on a rental basis. The organization renting the space is responsible for general clean-up once the event has been completed.
The renter/requestor shall:
1. Pay the full cost of the rental within 24 hours following contract execution. Please note that payments are preferred via credit card, if your organization needs an invoice a business check will be accepted in this case only.
2. Pay additional charges applied to events that run over the approved time of the original reservation:
3. Pay a Flat overage fee if an event runs over time = $250 per 30 minutes over time.
4. Pay Jenice's, on-demand, the total cost of any damage to the premises or extra charges resulting from the use of the premises by the renter or any person permitted by the renter to enter the meeting room.
5. Not construct, erect, or attach any fixture to the floor, ceiling, or walls of the premises or alter the premises in any way whatsoever without first obtaining the written consent of Jenice's Owner and, if such consent is obtained, then the work shall be done only in strict accordance with such consent.
6. Maintain the meeting room in a neat and tidy condition.
7. Remove all items that were brought in by the renter.
8. During the period of occupancy, ensure that all persons using the meeting room do so in an orderly manner and do not breach any law, regulation, bylaw, rule, or Jenice's policy.
9. Release Jenice's from any responsibility or liability whatsoever that might arise out of the Jenice's failing to provide the premises or any services to the premises under the terms of this agreement.
10. Comply with all applicable regulations respecting fire safety and other matters, and be responsible for the conduct of all persons on the premises during the period covered.
Cancellation policy: Flexible with Grace Period
