Host rules

Booking & Access

All bookings must be confirmed in advance through Tagvenue.

Access is permitted only for the times booked; early arrivals or late departures must be pre-approved.

The host or on-site manager will greet you upon arrival to provide access and assistance.

Capacity

Please adhere to the stated maximum capacity for each room or area.

Additional guests may only be allowed with prior approval.

Noise & Conduct

This is a professional and shared environment; please maintain moderate noise levels.

No loud music, shouting, or disruptive behavior is permitted.

The venue is ideal for meetings, creative sessions, photoshoots, and small gatherings — not for large or late-night parties.

Food & Beverages

Light snacks and beverages are permitted.

Catering and outside food deliveries must be approved in advance.

Alcohol is not permitted unless specifically authorized.

Smoking & Substances

Smoking, vaping, or use of any illegal substances is strictly prohibited anywhere on the premises, including courtyards.

Decor & Setup

The space can be rearranged upon request, but please do not nail, tape, or attach anything to the walls or furniture.

All furniture and décor must be returned to their original positions after use.

Cleanliness & Care

Please leave the space in the same condition as you found it.

Dispose of trash properly; bins are provided.

Any damage to furniture, artwork, or fixtures may result in additional charges.

Filming & Photography

Photography and video shoots are welcome but must be disclosed at the time of booking.

Commercial productions may require additional agreements or insurance.

Pets

Pets are not allowed unless previously approved for specific shoots or events.

Safety & Security

For security reasons, please keep all doors closed when not in use.

Cancellation policy: Flexible with Grace Period
