The friendly staff with timely follow ups and professional service. Nicole replies very quickly, and Don provided excellent on-site support to take lot of stress out of event management.
The steps leading up to the building is unavoidable. If you order small scale catering be ready to support with manpower from your own organizing committee. There's no parking behind the building or loading unloading bay. This is the only trade-off for a reasonably priced place. Parking is only for season holders so one more thing to prepare your senior management or guests on this.

Helpful staff and prompt help. Clean and well-equipped facilities.
Not ideal for church service as people can't see the screen easily when everyone stands due to the low ceiling. Reception area is quite small too when the other rooms are booked by others and we want to refrain from dirtying the carpeted floor to avoid cleaning fees.

The team at Tagvenue were very helpful and responsive throughout the process, from initiation to final delivery. The team also takes initiative and was on location during the day of the event to help with whatever issues that pop up on the day. Location was very central and easy to get to.
The building interior is a little run-down and could do with a bit of upgrading.
