About this space

Studio A is 2500sq ft and has a minimum ceiling height of 4.5m, rising to 5.5m over the majority of the working space.

It features our modern shoot kitchen, fully equipped and fitted with Neff appliances, which has the benefit of a lighting grid that can be pre-rigged with LED lighting if required, or simply used for food shoot preparation.

Guests have shared access to a hair and make-up room, along with steamers and clothes rails for model shoots. The space also includes a set-building workshop, allowing sets to be fabricated in advance if required.

Host rules

- The studio must be vacated and all items brought into the studio must be removed by the end of your booking period.
- A cleaning fee is included in the hourly rate however guests are expected to the leave the studios as they found them.
- All ages are allowed in the space.
- Production insurance is not required.
- Furniture and decorations may be moved – the studios are flexible spaces which can be tailored to your needs. Furniture and decorations can be moved to aid with your production.
- There is no smoking allowed in the studios unless it is for shooting purposes.
- Smoke machines are allowed.
- Nudity is allowed.
- Outside catering is welcome and we can provide details of local suppliers.
- Fair wear and tear to our sets and props is included however damage to any equipment including lighting rigs, power packs, computers, cameras, hired in accessories etc will be charged at cost.
