About this space

The Chalfont is a Function Room in Alexander House Hotel & Utopia Spa, an intimate meeting space defined by traditional wood‑panelled walls.

Design: The Chalfont has modest proportions, a neutral palette of beige upholstery and carpet, and mullioned windows that admit steady natural light.

Features: The room includes built‑in PA speakers, air conditioning and complimentary Wi‑Fi. The space is wheelchair accessible and provides stackable chairs and small round tables. A coat stand and carpeted floor support informal seating layouts and small presentations.

Ideal for: Small professional teams needing a private, seated meeting or workshop focused on discussion and presentations.
