HOUSE RULES
• The room must be vacated by the agreed finish time unless prior arrangements have been made.
• Please respect other guests and members using the building by keeping noise to a reasonable level.
• No smoking or vaping is permitted anywhere within the venue.
• Outside catering is not permitted. A range of refreshments and catering options can be arranged through the venue.
• Any damage caused to the room, furniture, equipment, or fixtures may be charged to the hirer.
• The hirer is responsible for the conduct of all attendees during the booking.
• Decorations are permitted with prior approval but must not be attached to walls, furniture, or fixtures using nails, screws, pins, or adhesive materials.
• The venue must be left in a tidy condition at the end of the booking.
• Alcohol may only be consumed with prior permission from the venue management.
• The Arbour Club reserves the right to refuse entry or terminate a booking where behaviour is deemed inappropriate, unsafe, or disruptive.
• Parking is available nearby. Guests are responsible for ensuring they comply with local parking regulations and payment requirements.
• Wi-Fi access is provided for legitimate business use. Users are responsible for ensuring their online activity complies with applicable laws and regulations.
