About this space
The Upper Plaza at STACK Seaburn is a setting for group bookings, celebrations, and private events, with street food, bars, and entertainment across the venue.
We welcome group bookings for parties of 8 or more guests. Your booking fee is returned to you on the day of your event in the form of drinks vouchers for each guest.
Pre-ordered food and drink options for your group:
- Standard and premium drinks vouchers: can be used on pints or cocktails.
- Standard and premium food vouchers: can be redeemed across all STACK street food traders (must be used on the day before 9:00 PM).
- Beer buckets: a selection of bottled beers (choice of Peroni, Heineken, Corona, Desperados, or Budweiser), ready for your arrival.
- Prosecco: pre-ordered and chilled, ready for arrival.
We can build a custom package around your budget. If you're booking midweek, we can usually be more flexible on pricing and work something more cost-effective around your budget.
Please note: all vouchers are valid on the event date only and cannot be carried forward.

STACK Seaburn offers a range of flexible spaces depending on the size and style of your event, which we can tailor to suit you:
Area hire (12–1500 guests) – Upper Plaza
Bookings are priced per person, which is returned to you on the day in the form of two drinks vouchers per guest.
Premium Drinks Upgrade – per person
Includes two premium vouchers, ideal for cocktails.
Full venue hire (Monday–Thursday)
Ideal for larger events of 250–1,500 guests.

Ground Floor Lower Plaza: (approx. 800 capacity)
Upper Plza: (approx. 500 capacity)
Each space can be adapted to suit your event, and full venue hire is available subject to availability.

Host rules
• Arrival: Please arrive 10 minutes before your booking time and check in at the main entrance. Our team will escort you to your reserved area and provide any pre-paid vouchers.
• Vouchers: All vouchers must be used on the day of your booking and are non-refundable. No cash alternative or change will be given.
• Drinks Vouchers: Can be redeemed for alcoholic or soft drinks at any STACK bar. Challenge 25 applies.
• Food: Food can be purchased from our independent street food vendors. Opening times may vary, so please check with vendors on arrival.
• Allergens: Please speak directly with the food vendor regarding allergen and dietary information.
• Late Arrivals: Reserved spaces will be held for 15 minutes after your booking time. After this, the area may be released.
• Reserved Areas: Whilst your area is reserved, exclusivity cannot always be guaranteed. Management may move bookings if operationally required.
• Group Size Changes: Payments are non-refundable if guest numbers decrease. Unused vouchers may be used by attending guests.
• Booking Duration: You may be asked to vacate your area at the end of your allocated booking time.
• Decorations: Balloons are not permitted for standard table bookings due to health and safety regulations.
