Upper Plaza is a semi-private outdoor space in STACK Seaburn, a covered, raised terrace defined by sheltered communal bench seating and an open-sided, elevated layout.
Design: The terrace displays timber picnic tables, painted board cladding and exposed metal railings beneath a continuous canopy. The lighting combines hanging bulbs and daylight through the open sides, producing a compact, utilitarian seaside-bar appearance.
Features: A PA system and speakers are installed for announcements and playlist playback. Wi‑Fi and air conditioning are available for guest comfort. A permitted own-music policy and bring-your-own DJ option apply subject to a site noise restriction. A designated dance area is provided and the space includes a step-free guest entrance plus accessible toilets.
Ideal for: Groups seeking a relaxed, social, music-forward gathering that works as an informal seated meal or a standing reception.

• Arrival: Please arrive 10 minutes before your booking time and check in at the main entrance. Our team will escort you to your reserved area and provide any pre-paid vouchers.
• Vouchers: All vouchers must be used on the day of your booking and are non-refundable. No cash alternative or change will be given.
• Drinks Vouchers: Can be redeemed for alcoholic or soft drinks at any STACK bar. Challenge 25 applies.
• Food: Food can be purchased from our independent street food vendors. Opening times may vary, so please check with vendors on arrival.
• Allergens: Please speak directly with the food vendor regarding allergen and dietary information.
• Late Arrivals: Reserved spaces will be held for 15 minutes after your booking time. After this, the area may be released.
• Reserved Areas: Whilst your area is reserved, exclusivity cannot always be guaranteed. Management may move bookings if operationally required.
• Group Size Changes: Payments are non-refundable if guest numbers decrease. Unused vouchers may be used by attending guests.
• Booking Duration: You may be asked to vacate your area at the end of your allocated booking time.
• Decorations: Balloons are not permitted for standard table bookings due to health and safety regulations.
