Design: The Living Room is a compact, timber-lined chamber with exposed brick walls and a low, pitched ceiling. The interior pairs a long plank dining table and leather-upholstered chairs with a large sculptural pendant and a dense gallery wall of framed prints.

Features: A single fixed boardroom-style table occupies the centre of the room, surrounded by leather-upholstered chairs. Integrated speakers and a PA system support announcements or background music, and the room has natural light and on-site Wi-Fi. Louvred doors close the space off from the rest of the dining area to create semi-privacy for conversations.
