About this space

Downstairs Bar is a bar within Loxley Sports Bar & Grill and is defined by a long central bar counter and multiple mounted sports screens that shape the room's layout.

Design: The interior combines hardwood flooring and painted wood panelling under a high white ceiling for a practical, open-plan appearance. The lighting mixes recessed fixtures and pendant lamps to give even illumination while daylight enters from the front windows.

Features: The room includes an in-room PA system with speakers and supports guest music or an external DJ. The room provides Wi‑Fi and air conditioning, and it is wheelchair accessible with accessible toilets.

Ideal for: Local social groups and sports supporters are best suited to relaxed, social standing receptions or informal, seated gatherings.

What guests say: The Downstairs Bar is roomy and adaptable, and staff communication around bookings is consistently clear and helpful.
