The room is a rectangular, carpeted meeting space with neutral finishes, a wide bank of windows supplying natural daylight and a full-height glass partition separating it from neighbouring areas.

Room features: A projector and PA speakers provide audiovisual support. A wall-mounted whiteboard and a freestanding flipchart are provided for facilitated discussion and note-taking, and the room is served by air conditioning.
