The Medium Training Room is suitable for training sessions, workshops, meetings, seminars, and presentations for up to 25 guests. The neutral interior works well for many types of events, and the layout can be set up to suit your session, from classroom-style training to group discussions.
The room includes air conditioning, a whiteboard, and a secure video entry system. It is located on Rochester High Street, with Rochester railway station and the M2 motorway close by.
This space is a good option for business meetings, training courses, workshops, and small seminars.
Prices
A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to secure your booking. The remaining balance is due 7 days before your event. Bookings made within 7 days of the event must be paid in full at the time of booking.

Cancellations
Deposits are non-refundable. Cancellations made more than 14 days before the booking date will not incur any further charges. Cancellations within 14 days may be charged the full hire fee if the room cannot be rebooked.
Additional Information
Access to the room is available from your agreed booking time. Please ensure your event finishes within the booked period, as additional hire charges may apply if the booking overruns.
The hirer is responsible for the conduct of attendees and for any damage to the room, furniture or equipment during the hire period. Please leave the room clean and tidy and remove all personal belongings before departure.

• The room may only be used during the agreed booking times.
• Please leave the room clean, tidy and in the same condition as it was found.
• Any damage to the room, furniture or equipment must be reported immediately. The hirer will be responsible for the cost of any repairs or replacements.
• Food and refreshments are permitted by prior agreement. All rubbish should be disposed of before leaving.
• No smoking or vaping is permitted anywhere inside the building.
• Noise should be kept to a reasonable level to avoid disturbing other users of the premises.
• Furniture may be rearranged, but it must be returned to its original layout before the end of the booking unless otherwise agreed.
• All personal belongings and equipment must be removed at the end of the hire period.
• The hirer is responsible for the behaviour and safety of all attendees during the booking.
• Children under the age of 16 must be supervised by a responsible adult at all times.
• Fire exits and access routes must remain clear throughout the event.
• Please ensure all lights, windows and doors are secured when leaving, if instructed to do so.
• The venue reserves the right to refuse future bookings where these conditions are not met.
