Host rules
• No smoking anywhere in the venue.
• No nails, screws, tape, or adhesives on walls, fixtures, or fittings — and no alterations to the space without prior written permission.
• Parking must be booked in advance — spaces are limited and shared with loading access.
• Public and Property Liability insurance is required (minimum £5 million cover), confirmed in writing before the event.
• No subletting or re-hiring the space to a third party.
• No unlawful, unlicensed, or inappropriate use of the space.
• The space must only be used for the agreed purpose stated in the booking.
Cancellation policy: Standard 60 day with Grace Period
