• In the event of an emergency, all users must follow posted evacuation procedures and staff instructions.
• No hazardous materials or equipment may be brought into the room.
3. Room Usage
• Rooms must only be used for the time period booked.
• Setup and breakdown must be completed within the booked time.
• Furniture and equipment must not be removed from the room without permission.
• Any equipment provided must be used responsibly and reported if faulty.
4. Cleanliness
• The room must be left clean and tidy after use.
• Any spillages or damage must be reported immediately.
• Additional cleaning or repair costs may be charged if the room is left in an unsatisfactory condition.
5. Food & Drink
• Users are responsible for disposing of all waste appropriately.
• Alcohol consumption is not permitted.
6. Security
• Personal belongings are the responsibility of the user.
7. Prohibited Activities
