Health & Safety Requirements:
Any external items or companies/suppliers being used on site for your event must provide relevant health and safety documentation as requested by Frilford Heath Golf Club. This can include but is not limited to; valid, PAT Certificates, Public Liability Insurance Certificates, H&S polices.

All banners, signage, flags must be authorized by the management team at Frilford Heath Golf Club prior to the event taking place. Failure to do so may result in any items being removed without warning.
Frilford Heath Golf Club may take photos during your event day which may include guests and your branding, by signing the agreement you give consent to use these images for any social or media publishing purposes.

Event Details:
Please note the number of guests you sign for on the Event Booking Agreement is your minimum numbers, even if numbers are to reduce you may still be charged. We will be in touch one month prior to arrival for all final details to be confirmed. We expect final numbers for golf
one week prior to arrival.

With any private dining function at FHGC we will require a set menu choice within 21 working days. If we do not receive these choices by then we will have to opt for our chef’s choice menu.
Confirmation of the final numbers attending must be made no less than 1 week before the date of your event and the numbers so confirmed will be catered for and included in the charges for the day. Should you require any amended timings or functions in the Event Agenda then please contact your Events Executive for more information.
Please note that all items left at Frilford Heath are at you and your guests own risk, FHGC will not accept any liability for any items left unattended within any private or public area. No alcohol or food may be brought onto the premises unless agreed otherwise with FHGC.
