General Venue Rules
● All events must conclude within the agreed booking times.
● Children must be supervised by a responsible adult at all times.
● The venue reserves the right to refuse entry or remove any individual whose behaviour is deemed inappropriate, disruptive, or unsafe.

Health & Safety
● All fire exits, corridors, and emergency access routes must remain clear at all times.
● The use of smoke machines, pyrotechnics, fireworks, confetti cannons, Chinese lanterns, dry ice effects, or naked flames is not permitted without prior written approval.
● Clients and suppliers must comply with all health and safety instructions issued by venue management.
● Any damage to venue property may result in repair or replacement charges.

Decorations & Styling
● No nails, screws, staples, drawing pins, tape, glue, or adhesive materials may be attached to walls, ceilings, floors, furniture, or fixtures.
● Decorations must be approved by the venue where required.
● All décor, props, and equipment brought into the venue must be removed at the end of the event unless otherwise agreed.

Entertainment & AV
● All external entertainers, DJs, performers, photographers, videographers, and suppliers must comply with venue regulations.
● Sound levels must remain within venue guidelines and management reserves the right to request volume adjustments where necessary.

Food & Beverage
● External catering is not permitted unless specifically agreed in writing.
● Food and beverages supplied by the venue may not be removed from the premises unless agreed beforehand.

Deliveries & Suppliers
● Suppliers must carry appropriate insurance and operate in accordance with venue requirements.
● The venue accepts no responsibility for items left on the premises before, during, or after an event.

Venue Care
● Any damage or loss caused by guests, suppliers, or contractors may be chargeable.
● The venue is not liable for lost, stolen, or unattended personal belongings.
