The Ballroom can accommodate up to 180 guests, for events such as wedding receptions, birthdays, corporate gatherings, conferences and holiday themed parties.
This space features a projector, a sofa, changing tables for children, wall mirrors, a sound system and a dance floor.
Our catering serves various dishes, such as British, Italian and American.

Billingtons – Venue House Rules
• This is a no smoking or vaping venue. Smoking or vaping is not permitted anywhere inside the building, including entrance areas and toilets.
• No illegal drugs are permitted on the premises.
• Alcohol must not be brought into the venue for consumption. All drinks must be purchased on-site unless agreed in advance in writing.
No talc, powders or similar substances are allowed on the dancefloor or anywhere in the venue, as these create a slip hazard.
We kindly ask that all décor and personal items are removed by 11:00am the following day.
Any items left beyond this time may incur a £50 per day fee to cover storage and handling.
Any damage to the venue, fixtures, fittings or equipment may result in an additional charge to the event organiser.
• Children must be supervised at all times by a responsible adult.
• Guests are expected to treat staff and other attendees with respect. Abusive or aggressive behaviour will not be tolerated.
• Fire exits must be kept clear at all times, and no decorations or equipment may block exits.
• The organiser is responsible for ensuring guests follow these house rules throughout the event.
• The venue reserves the right to refuse entry or ask guests to leave if behaviour is unsafe or in breach of these rules.
