Rules of the space

Host rules

Please wipe your shoes before entering + wear the shoe covers we have provided when walking around the studio, to avoid any possible dirt marks or stains to the white flooring.

You are free to carefully re-arrange any of the furniture and equipment as long as it is placed back in it’s original position and layout. When moving furniture, please carry with care and do not drag across the floor, as this may damage the furniture and the flooring. Please take care when moving any curtains and pull gently, panel by panel. The curtains do not pull across the whole length of the wall, so please take notice to where brackets are, to avoid unnecessary/unsafe tugging.

Prior to leaving the studio, please make sure it is clean and tidy and to take all of your belongings with you. If you have left anything, let us know and we can arrange for you to collect them. When leaving the studio, ensure to switch off any lights you may have used during your session, including the room lights and additional lighting equipment. At the end of your session, you must ensure the door is locked.

If damage occurs, excessive cleaning is required beyond standard tidying, overtime charges remain unpaid, or any other sums become due under these Terms and Conditions, the Studio reserves the right to retain all or part of the deposit and apply it towards those costs. The Client expressly authorises the Studio to deduct such sums from the booking/security deposit where applicable. Additional charges may also apply where the total amount owed exceeds the value of the deposit. All studio equipment and props are available for use during your booking, but under no circumstances may furniture, props, or equipment be removed from the studio. Any damage or loss resulting from improper use or removal of items from the studio will be charged in full to the booking party to replace the items or furnishings.
