The Saw Mill is a light, characterful converted barn on the Barton Court Estate. It is a a long, beam-lined room that suits the working part of an event as naturally as the social part. It's the estate's mid-size space - bright and flexible - which makes it ideal for the kind of day where people need to think, talk and get things done.
It seats around 50 for a meal, holds up to 90 standing, takes about 75 theatre-style, and works for a meeting of roughly 24 around the table. Long and well-proportioned, it lends itself to a single boardroom table, a horseshoe for a workshop, or rounds for a private lunch or dinner, and a terrace connects it to the neighbouring Dutch Barn so larger events can use both.
It's well suited to team meetings, training days, workshops, strategy sessions, breakout space, smaller dinners and intimate celebrations. Coffee, lunch and refreshments are never far away, and in-house catering can lay on anything from a working buffet to a sit-down meal. As with everything at Barton Court, hire is exclusive - the space, and the calm of the estate around it, is yours alone for the day.
The Saw Mill is part of a private Georgian estate on the edge of the Malvern Hills, about an hour from Birmingham and close to the M5 and M50, with Colwall station a mile away. Teams can come for the day or stay over, with accommodation across the estate for up to 40.
