El Cerdo sits at the heart of Maidenhead’s canal-side Waterside Quarter with outdoor seating available next to the water. Floor-to-ceiling windows flood El Cerdo with plenty of natural light, while holding a rustic warmth from the exposed brick and modern tiled interior.
The star of the show in Maidenhead is our impressive open kitchen with charcoal oven, handpicked by our Executive Chef to bring the unique smoky flavours of Spanish tapas to life. Built using the same bricks and techniques as charcoal ovens have been during Spanish history, our oven creates ‘ahumado’ (mouth-watering smokiness) for you to savour.
