About this space

An inviting medley of seating perfect for casual catch-ups and team brainstorms, featuring a show-stopping communal table for deep dives and workshops, plus a trendy café counter for that caffeine boost. Complimentary WiFi, a Dolby surround sound system and automatic projector screen is available upon request and included in the hire.

Booking requirements:

For each hire we require:
- Signed MHW Terms & Conditions
- Completed risk assessment
- Copy of current Public Liability Insurance (PLI) or signed legal waiver (if applicable)
- £200 Damage deposit (refundable subject to our standard conditions of hire)

**All required documentation, including a separate invoice for the deposit and any additional hire fees (such as catering or equipment), will be sent from info@melaninhealthwellness.org once we receive your email address and the necessary details. As we operate as a public café and must comply with strict food hygiene and safety standards, a self-catering fee applies if you choose to bring your own catering. This helps maintain our standards and cover additional cleaning. All profits from venue hire are reinvested into projects delivered by our CIC for the benefit of our local community.
