About this space

In The Lounge, soaring ceilings and windows that slide open wide team up to invite the sun and breeze for a dance, while a giant monitor stands by for your grand presentation debut, and plush carpet lays down the chill vibes for yoga or meditation magic.

Due to the flooring in the Lounge, food and drink are not permitted in this area. We therefore recommend hiring our Café for any catering requirements.

This serene and professional space accommodates up to 40 guests and is available to hire Monday to Saturday, 9am–10pm, with Sunday bookings on request.

For each hire we require:
- Signed MHW Terms & Conditions
- Completed risk assessment
- Copy of current Public Liability Insurance (PLI) or signed legal waiver (if applicable)
- £200 Damage deposit (refundable subject to our standard conditions of hire)

**All required documentation, including a separate invoice for the deposit and any additional hire fees (such as equipment), will be sent from info@melaninhealthwellness.org once we receive your email address and the necessary details. The Lounge has a strict no food/drink policy, however these can be consumed in our Café. As we operate as a public café and must comply with strict food hygiene and safety standards, a self-catering fee applies if you choose to bring your own catering. This helps maintain our standards and cover additional cleaning. All profits from venue hire are reinvested into projects delivered by our CIC for the benefit of our local community.
