A compact studio bursting with sound wizardry: prime acoustic treatment, ideal for podcasts, voiceovers, music, and video post, available dry or wet hire, all within a quiet, secure, and ground-floor retreat.

For each hire we require:
- Signed MHW Terms & Conditions
- Completed risk assessment
- Copy of current Public Liability Insurance (PLI) or signed legal waiver (if applicable)
- £200 Damage deposit (refundable subject to our standard conditions of hire)

**All our documentation, including a separate invoice for the deposit and any additional hire fees (such as a sound engineer, equipment etc.) will be sent directly via info@melaninhealthwellness.org upon receipt of your email address and details for the required documents. This space has a strict no food/drink policy, for any catering we recommend hire or our Café.
