The venue was nice and spacious. The team were amazing and the staff on the night were very accommodating
The air con was broken so it was just too hot

Staff at the venue were lovely and really helpful. It’s a nice space and they’re really accommodating. Their CCTV also helped us spot that our decorator hadn’t delivered one of the items!
Lots of back and forth via email and had to chase to get the deposit returned
Very smooth with booking, I requested a few things like a DJ (which they sent to me) some balloons and we had a 360 booth which they all allowed us to bring in. Thankyou so much to our bartenders and security guards on that night! I’m so sorry I forgot their names but we was in the hideaway on the 28th for my birthday and all of the staff on that night was so friendly and fantastic. The security guards did a great job of kicking people out that wasn’t meant to be in there so I’m very glad for that. Overall a great venue to host 100 people!
Some people tried to come in and out our private room but of course we can’t do anything about that. Luckily there was a security guard always on the look out so it was easy to get them kicked out.
