- Please keep in mind when inviting Guests to your event, that you are inviting them to our home. We will expect visitors to conduct themselves in a mature, responsible and respectful manner.
- Catering can be provided upon enquiry - The catering service areas in the venue are not intended to be used as a kitchen for meal preparation.
- Any decorations, branding, signage, electrical configurations or construction must be pre-approved by GiantX.
- No smoking or vaping indoors - smoking areas are provided on each level.
- The possession of or use of illegal drugs is strictly forbidden on the premises.
- The venue is not wheelchair friendly - we are a multi-level facility without a lift.
- Children under the age of 18 are your complete responsibility.
- A security guard/s will be present for all events where alcohol is served. This service is non-negotiable. The cost of this service is NOT included as part of the venue rental (unless noted otherwise).
- Leave the designated space clean and tidy.

Great location just off Old Street itself and 2 mins walk from Old St Tube, lots of lunch options close by if you want to stretch your legs/ get some aire.
We were running a team meeting for 6 people and the boardroom layout/ space was just what we needed. Good big screen w easy connection for presenting and solid wifi.
Easy access to the share kitchen space for coffee/ biscuits - though Elliot ensured we had a good supply of those and fruit in the room. We also took advantage of a lounge area for 20 mins or so for a break when one of our team had to make a client call.
Elliot organised things well - communication/ confirmation was great, esp. as I initially booked on Sun and needed to confirm first thing Monday and the rest of the team were friendly and happy to chat in the kitchen area.
Would recommend and would book again.

The room is at the end of a working office space - I didn't actually dislike this and there are blinds to close the room off, but I did feel a bit guilty that we maybe caused a bit of disruption by going in and out to the kitchen and so on, though this was prob just me!

It's not merely just an office, an event space, a place of gathering for gaming competitions or a training area for professional gamers, GIANTX HQ is a hub of all the above and much more.
