About this space

This meeting room accommodates up to eight people and can be booked from 9 am to 5 pm.

The space is bright, with two large windows letting in plenty of natural light. The room features white walls, while one accent wall is covered in a light pink wallpaper with a pattern of white and red fish. The flooring is a dark grey carpet. In the center of the room, there is a large white conference table surrounded by eight chairs with light grey upholstery and light wood frames. A glass wall with a wooden door separates the meeting room from the adjacent hallway.

Technical equipment includes a wall-mounted HD screen with an HDMI connection and adapters, as well as a Yealink wide-angle videoconferencing camera for hybrid meetings. The audio-visual setup is designed for easy plug-and-play use. A whiteboard and pens are also provided, and fast WiFi is available.

The booking fee is £80 per hour plus VAT. This includes access to self-serve tea and coffee. If you prefer, you can upgrade to serviced tea, coffee, and biscuits for an additional £5 per person. Full catering options are also available and can be arranged after you have made your initial reservation. An on-site team is available to assist you during your booking.

The cancellation policy is as follows: a full 100% refund is issued for cancellations made more than seven days in advance. A 50% refund is given for cancellations made between two and seven days before the booking. No refund is provided for cancellations made less than two days before the scheduled time.

Any catering/refreshment request should be sent via mail at least a week in advance from the event date.
Organisers are responsible for their guests and in case of any damage, costs will be invoiced to the organiser.

Cancellation: Full charges will apply if cancellations are made with less than seven days' notice.
Guest List: All bookings must contain a guest list. Failure to provide one may result in a delayed check in and £10 fee for every unexpected attendee. Please send the guest list over 24 hours ahead of your booking.
Cleaning: Kindly ensure that you tidy up after your booking, including any communal areas utilised. Failure to do so may result in a £25 cleaning fee.
