Our 3-court sports hall sits at the heart of our new extension and is purpose-built to suit a multitude of games and activities. It includes gallery viewing windows, basketball hoops, netball posts, scoreboard and line marking for basketball, 5-a-side football, volleyball, badminton and netball.
With soft flooring and staging, the space becomes a sprawling exhibition space that can accommodate up to 500 guests. Witness an incredible transformation as our sprawling 3 court Sports Hall, with its adaptable design and high ceiling, becomes a vast ballroom. Able to seat over 400 guests for dinner, the airy space becomes a magical setting for larger celebrations and banqueting. Experience a wedding beyond your imagination in a space with limitless potential.

General:
All bookings are subject to availability around the school’s ongoing calendar of events.
All bookings are subject to a contract with full Terms and Conditions.
All bookings are subject to a Damages deposit, which is refundable subject to conditions, including (but not limited to) mess, breakages, and any associated cleanup fees.
Sports Clubs:
Changing rooms (including showers) are subject to availability. Where booking outdoor space only, indoor changing rooms must be hired separately.
Only clean, indoor trainers may be worn inside the Sports Hall. No food or drinks to be consumed within the Sports Hall.
Sports clubs may be booked until 9pm Monday – Saturday and until 8pm on Sundays and Bank Holidays.
Holiday Clubs:
Classrooms include tables, chairs, whiteboards and screens. Classrooms will be set up in their usual layout whereupon hirers may move tables and chairs to their desired layout.
An outdoor area will be designated to the club depending on te location of the club within the school.
Weekend club bookings will incur a £50.00 surplus on room hire due to associated staffing costs.
Each classroom has a maximum capacity that must be adhered to.
Parties and Celebrations:
No smoke machines to be used.
Smoking or vaping is not permitted anywhere on the entire premises.
Music and entertainment must end at 23.00 for the premises to be vacated by 23.30. Later hire requests must be made in writing and will be subject to an additional fee.
All updates and changes must be made in writing at least 1 week prior to each event.
AV equipment may be hired at an additional cost.
All external suppliers booked for an event must be confirmed at least 10 days prior to the event date.
1 hour set up time is granted before each event: earlier access cannot be guaranteed.
No 18th or 21st birthday parties. Children’s party packages may be booked for birthdays up to age 12.
