The studio space is a contemporary and pristine open-plan studio featuring a spacious loading door, a wall-mounted backdrop system, and a comprehensive collection of lighting support equipment. It also includes a dedicated area for makeup and styling.
Situated within a secure industrial site with well-maintained grounds and facilities, including an on-site café, this studio offers convenience and amenities. It is conveniently located just a 4-minute drive from Harlow train station and a 15-minute drive from Epping Underground station.
With a total area of 740 square feet, the open-plan setup provides you with the freedom to move around and flexibility for your setups. The studio is located on the ground floor, offering step-free access and wheelchair-friendly toilets. Throughout the space, you'll find several 13A and 32A sockets conveniently placed.
The studio boasts high ceilings and has been acoustically treated, making it an ideal environment for photography and video projects where sound quality is important.
While the space comes with some basic equipment to help you get started, we also offer a range of additional gear available for hire, allowing you to further enhance your production.

All studio rooms must be left in the same state as they were found. If the studio is left extremely unclean then a cleaning fee from £40 upwards (depending on the mess) will be automatically charged from your credit/debit card.
ANIMALS
Animals are allowed in the studio but MUST be agreed beforehand and have written consent by KN Creative Studio. We also charge a £45 cleaning fee if you’d like to bring an animal to the studio.

WHAT YOU CAN BRING TO THE STUDIO
We do not allow paint or soil into the studio. If you intend to use any liquids or gases, please gain permission prior to making a booking. We have a strict no alcohol rule in our studio. Please respect the rules or you could face being evicted from the studio with no refund.
FIRE SAFETY
No fire or smoke is permitted on the premises.
CHILDREN
Children under the age of 18 must be supervised by a parent, guardian or responsible adult at all times whilst on the premises.
CLEANING FEE
