The Chelsea Pensioner is the home of one of south-west London's only private karaoke room.

The private room, in our basement, is fully equipped with sound system, screen & a karaoke machine with over 400,000 songs and available for you to hire for great rates that we think you won't find anywhere else in the area.

As long as you are a group of between minimum 20 people up to 40, you can hire this great room, for just £150 and it's yours any time from 5 pm until midnight on the date you book. There is a minimum spend requirement of £400. Payment in full of the hire charge is required at the time of confirmation.

Please note this room is only available for hire to groups over 21 years of age and that's a strict requirement.

Please note a minimum of 15 people are required for exclusive hire on all days except for Friday & Saturday when there need to be minimum of 20.

Karaoke room hire: from £150 from 5pm until midnight including your own bartender. There is a minimum spend requirement of £400

Host rules

Our venue closes at midnight every day but we are able to apply for a longer license until 2am for private events.

Our garden closes at 10pm to prevent noise disturbance to our neighbours.

We are happy for pets to visit the venue, provided that dogs are on leashes and pets are supervised.

We are unable to serve alcohol to anyone below the age of 18 and may ask for ID if you are lucky enough to look less than 25 years old. Children are allowed on the premises with a responsible adult and we ask that they are supervised at all times.

We love our guests and value your custom; we ask that you enter and leave the premises with respect to our neighbours.

Awesome room for private parties and karaoke ! Staff helpful

Fast responses to queries, could come earlier to set up, private bartender and a great selection on the karaoke system!

Communication was great and really helped me with getting a date that worked for me. Had to cancel because of new government restrictions and I was immediately responded to and refunded. Really great customer service and will definitely be booking again when restrictions are lifted !

Very popular so need to get in early for your date !

I loved the Karaoke room! It was perfect! We had so much fun and Damian and his colleague took care of us so well! Honestly great 5 start service and I would highly recommend it to anyone and come back again myself!

The only minus was that I’m from East Part of London so had to travel a bit however the experience was worth it all!

About The Chelsea Pensioner

The Chelsea Pensioner Pub, located on Fulham Road, in Kensington & Chelsea, dates from the mid 19th century. It was originally known as The Black Bull and has had a couple of other identities before becoming "The Pensioner" in 2014. The current landlords have been running the pub since 2015.

Because of the proximity, being only 200m from Stamford Bridge, there's always been a strong association with Chelsea FC and that has been successfully re-established in recent years. There is no better place to go on a Chelsea home match-day, than The Chelsea Pensioner, to get the buzzing pre-match football atmosphere. With our DJ playing all the favourite Chelsea tunes, from a few hours beforehand, right up to kick-off and then (for most weekend games), win, lose or draw, onwards into the evening after the game. A football day at The Chelsea Pensioner always a great start and/or finish to your day out at Stamford Bridge.

We are rightly known now as "The World's Number 1 Chelsea Fan Pub". But, there is a lot more to The Chelsea Pensioner than being just a football pub. We may be unashamedly blue, but on the many non-football days we have so much else to offer. We have lots of employers, some very large, nearby as well as lots of residents, neighbours, and friends. We are very much a community pub and, we have many events on throughout the year, including music, Karaoke, quizzes, even dating nights, comedy and cabaret. If nothing else, a great place to wind down with a pint or a cocktail after a long day or week in the office.

We have a great happy hour Mon - Fri from 5 till 8 pm and there is always either live sport on the TVs or great background music. We have a pool table in the main bar upstairs, a karaoke room holding up to 40 and with some 80,000 available songs in the basement, alongside our secret courtyard/garden. We have a great menu with food available all day and into the evening, including award-winning Pieminister pies & patties.
