Booked Garden Room at DoubleTree by Hilton London Kensington
Great location by the tube. Lovely room, good bit of space (15 people, boardroom layout). Tech worked well, quick to sort out cables when clickshare was blocked by laptops. Really friendly helpful staff on hand to support, knew the set-up. Could get tea and coffee in the room from the bar area (we didn't have formal catering). Extra heating was available in the room (we didn't need it) Accessible access available

Staff were very attentive, anything we requested they helped straight away. The catering was excellent, food was of high quality. We had a few dietary requirements and Ampersand were extremely flexible with this. The room was lovely, we were all comfortable ( we were a party of 12). Would definitely book this venue again.
