Only minutes from both London Bridge and Borough stations, this versatile room is suitable for a huge range of events, from networking evenings to panel discussions and product launches.
The space is fitted with a fully equipped kitchen so you can cater to small to medium-sized events that require hot or cold food service.
All furniture pictured is able to be moved.
Please note that this space is only available for hire after 6 pm during the week.

Host rules
Organizers are responsible for their guests and in case of any damage, costs will be invoiced to the organizer.
Overtime can be arranged, including deliveries and setting up. All props/catering are to be delivered and collected during the hire period.
All domestic rubbish (food packaging, drinks containers) must be placed in clear bin bags and put in the bins behind the building. Any rubbish that is not suitable for bin bags must be removed from the site by the client and disposed of via your own waste disposal authority.
Liability insurance in case of any accidents. The Loft cannot be held responsible or liable for any items during the hire or left on site after the hire period.
It is not permitted to smoke in any part of the loft.
Payment conditions:
50% immediately to reserve the space and balance 14 days prior to the event for rates higher than £600.
100% immediately to reserve the space for rates lower than £600.
Cancellation policy: Standard 30 day with Grace Period
About The Loft
The loft is a spectacular event space based within an ornate former Victorian Tannery. Its lavish exterior still features intricately carved roundels showing off various aspects of the tannery trade.
Located on the top floor with stunningly high ceilings, and a full wall of sash windows letting in tonnes of natural light, it feels like a New York loft apartment in downtown Manhattan.
