About this space
Set in the heart of Fitzrovia, 16 Mortimer Street offers a welcoming, ground floor reception where you'll be greeted by the Buildings Manager who will offer you and your guests a hot or cold beverage.
You will then make your way to your chosen meeting space.
Spaces to choose from:
- Meeting room for 6 People with a sky light allowing natural light to flow through.
- Boardroom for 12-14 people plus additional space with two arm chairs
Tea and coffee is complimentary as well as WIFI.
Each meeting space has a tv and connectivity for your laptop / portable device. If you have any special requirements, please let us know.
Catering is also available. A choice of breakfast, lunch and fresh fruit juices will be available on the day at an additional cost and a menu will be emailed to you prior to your booking. If you would like to arrange for food, please email back with your order and we will get this arranged.

Cancellation policy: Flexible with Grace Period
Cancellations within 24 hours after booking confirmation will receive a full refund. This excludes events starting within 48 hours.
Cancellations 7 days in advance will receive a full refund.
Cancellations 7 days to 24 hours in advance will receive a 50% refund.
Cancellations for events starting within 24 hours are non-refundable.
