Rules of the Space – Restaurant & Bar
1. No Smoking Indoors
Smoking (including e-cigarettes or vaping) is strictly prohibited inside the building. A designated outdoor smoking area may be used if available.
2. Respect the Property
Any damage to furniture, equipment, walls, or fixtures will result in additional charges for repair or replacement.
3. Cleanliness
The space must be left in a clean and tidy condition. Trash should be properly disposed of, and all personal items removed at the end of the booking.
4. Noise Control
Please keep noise at a reasonable level. Music and amplified sound must comply with local noise regulations and curfews.
5. Outside Food & Beverages
No outside food or drinks are permitted unless approved in writing by management.
6. Occupancy Limit
The number of guests must not exceed the maximum capacity allowed by the venue.
7. Alcohol Service
Alcohol may only be served by staff or vendors with appropriate licenses. Guests must be of legal drinking age.
8. Decorations & Setup
Decorations must be approved in advance. No nails, tape, or adhesives on walls or furniture without permission.
9. Emergency Exits
All exits and pathways must remain clear at all times.
10. Behavior
Guests are expected to behave respectfully toward staff and other patrons. Disorderly conduct will not be tolerated.
11. Liability
Cancellation policy: Standard 30 day
