• Please don’t stick or pin things to the walls — if you need displays, ask us first.
• Take care with the flooring — use mats or covers if your session involves equipment.
• Be mindful of music/sound — keep volume comfortable for the building.
• Toilets and the car park are shared, so please respect other users.
• Leave the space as you found it: rubbish removed, spills wiped, and props tidied.
• Switch off lights and heating before you leave.
• No smoking, vaping, or open flames.
• No alcohol or late-night parties unless agreed in advance.
• No animals (except assistance dogs).
• You’re responsible for any damage during your booking.
• Please look after your belongings; we can’t be responsible for lost items.
