Your wedding is one of the most special days of your life, so to make sure the spotlight is all yours, you can hire Ashmount House to be exclusively yours. With ornate plaster ceilings, magnificent chandeliers and antique furnishings, the interiors are bursting with character and make a charming backdrop for an intimate wedding. Sit by the crackling log fire and enjoy the unique atmosphere of this historic home, while the attentive bar and waiting staff keep you and your guests satisfied.
The two dining rooms can host a total of up to 40 seated guests or up to 50 buffet-style. The picturesque gardens boast a romantic Victorian Folly for outdoor ceremonies. Indoor ceremonies take place in the Morning Room or Drawing Room. As per accommodation, the 10 individually decorated rooms can sleep up to 24 guests.

About Ashmount Country House
Set in the heart of Brontë country is Ashmount House, a charming Victorian villa. Formerly the home of Dr Amos Ingham, the Brontë family’s physician, it is now a family run AA5 star boutique hotel with luxurious accommodation and delightful dining. With stunning architecture, original features and antique furniture, the historic house still boasts some of its Victorian charm.
Steeped in romance and surrounded by landscaped gardens and idyllic Yorkshire countryside, Ashmount House makes an ideal venue for intimate wedding ceremonies and receptions. With the help of an experienced events team, your dream wedding will come to life in this beautiful, historic setting.
Ashmount Country House is located in Haworth, famously associated with the Brontë sisters, who wrote most of their novels while living in the village. The hotel is situated just a 3-minute walk from the Grade I listed Brontë Parsonage, formerly home to the Brontë family and now a museum that honours the three sisters: Charlotte, Emily and Anne. The major road that runs nearby is the A629. A car park is available on site. Haworth railway station is just 3 minutes away by car.
