About this space
POST Studios in Brighton & Hove was created by a team of creatives, photographers and art directors who understand what makes a production day run well. The studio is suited to photographers, videographers, production teams and creative agencies working on fashion, commercial, stills and video shoots.
The space includes a separate double hair and make-up room, giving models, stylists and make-up artists their own area to prepare between shots. There is also a kitchen with a fridge, microwave, toaster, coffee machine and kettle for use during your booking.
Studio hire options are available to suit different production requirements, including equipment rental and both daylight and blackout settings. If you'd like to see the space before booking, viewings can be arranged on request.

Health & safety
● All Guests, invitees and attendees of the Hirer shall be required to sign-in on arrival at the Venue.
● Damage Prevention: Use of nails, screws, staples, or heavy-duty tape on walls, floors, or fixtures is prohibited, unless approval given on the day.
● Any and all electrical equipment to be used by the Hirer during the Event must be fully PAT Tested. All such equipment must bear the appropriate labels and be accompanied by the appropriate certificates as proof of such testing and compliance.
Cleanliness & Waste
● Rubbish Removal: Renters are responsible for bagging all rubbish and placing it in the designated bins. We heavily encourage the recycling of paper, plastic and glass so please make sure these are separated.
● Condition: The space must be left in a clean and tidy condition. Excess cleaning or damage will result in a deduction from your damage deposit.
Safety & Liability
● Emergency Exits: Fire exits and emergency pathways must remain completely clear at all times.
● Damages: The Renter assumes full financial responsibility for any damage to the facility, equipment, or grounds caused by guests, vendors, or attendees during the event.
● Smoking/Vaping: Smoking and vaping are strictly prohibited inside the venue, including on any fire-escape.
Cancellation policy: Standard 30 day with Grace Period
