About this space

Wellington is a Function Room in Warbrook House Heritage Hotel that offers an adaptable layout and plentiful natural light.

Design: The room presents a neutral, traditional interior with pale walls, a darker painted feature wall, a carpeted floor and a mid-height ceiling with an inset skylight. The furnishing is simple and functional, with upholstered blue chairs and modular tables arranged for meetings.

Features: The room includes a freestanding monitor and a PA system with speakers for presentations and background music. The room provides Wi‑Fi and air conditioning plus permission to play your own music or bring a DJ. The room uses moveable tables and stackable chairs for flexible layouts and benefits from step‑free access and accessible toilets.

Ideal for: Small groups and teams seeking a practical, adaptable space for seated meetings or relaxed, lounge-style breakout and reception-style socialising.

What guests say: The space works well as a cosy, candle-lit chill-out area when arranged for informal socialising. The space benefits from attentive venue staff who support setup and technical issues.
