To reserve sections of the main bar (for larger groups) while it still remains open to the public, there isn’t a minimum charge, however a £10 per head reservation fee would apply. A further 10% service charge would be added to large groups.
We’re closed Monday - Wednesday, hence why the minimum is a little higher as we’d open exclusively for any events. The restaurant can open for private hire requests from Monday to Wednesday, the minimum spend of £400 is required.

We booked the Monroe for my Mum's 60th birthday party. Nikki and the team were absolutely brilliant in helping to make it a perfect evening. Nikki responded quickly every time and made it her mission to find solutions for everything we needed.
The party was a surprise, and they did so much to make sure the secret was kept safe. They were flexible and accommodating right up until the night. The food was brilliant and plenty of it for a great price.
I can't thank them enough! We will be back to visit again soon!

We recently used Monroe for a funeral reception. Nikki was amazing, taking time out while on holiday to support us getting everything organised at what was a very difficult time. She responded quickly & efficiently to our queries, even offering a WhatsApp call. On the day, Abi & the team did a great job, the food was delicious & all went smoothly. I would highly recommend Monroe.

Monroe’s was the perfect venue for our daughter’s birthday party. Nikki was a pleasure to liaise with and then the staff on the night were very accommodating and friendly. We will definitely celebrate more family milestones in Monroe’s.
