About this space

The Art Gallery is a Gallery in The Piece Hall centred on a run of freestanding plinths that create a linear route for three-dimensional artworks.

Design: The room has white-painted walls, wide timber floorboards and a long, narrow plan punctuated by tall openings. The ceiling contains recessed strip lighting that maintains a clean, neutral backdrop.

Features: The space includes Wi‑Fi, air conditioning and a built‑in PA system with speakers. The room provides natural light, a step‑free guest entrance, wheelchair access and nearby accessible toilets.

Ideal for: Small, visually focused groups seeking a quiet, conversational setting for guided walk‑throughs or standing receptions.
