• The Hirer is liable for any damage to property or fixtures. The hall must be left clean and tidy; rubbish brought in must be disposed of properly.
• The Hirer is responsible for the safety of guests, ensuring all equipment is PAT tested, and is encouraged to obtain Public Liability Insurance.
• The Hirer must ensure compliance with licensing laws for alcohol, music, and noise. Children must be supervised, and illegal or antisocial behaviour is prohibited.

Cancellation Policy
1. All cancellations must be made in writing.
End of Hire
1. The hall must be vacated by the agreed-upon end time.
2. The Hirer must remove all equipment, decorations, and rubbish.
3. Failure to comply may result in additional charges or loss of the security deposit.

3. E-Protocol Events reserves the right to cancel the booking in the event of unforeseen circumstances. Any payments received (including deposits) will be refunded in full.

Use of Premises
1. The Hirer may use the hall only for the agreed purpose and time.
2. The Hirer is responsible for the conduct of all guests, staff, and suppliers during the hire period.
3. No structural or decorative alterations may be made to the venue without written permission.
4. All decorations must be fire-retardant and removed immediately after the event.
5. Smoking and the use of candles, fireworks, or open flames are strictly prohibited inside the building.
Damages and Liability
1. The Hirer is liable for any damage, loss, or excessive cleaning costs resulting from the event.
2. A refundable security deposit may be required before the event.
3. E-Protocol Events shall not be held liable for loss or damage to personal property or injury to persons during the hire period.
