Our Parlour Area offers a stylish semi-private setting, ideal for gatherings of up to 40 guests seated or standing. The space is thoughtfully arranged across two adjoining sections, separated by a short divide, creating a natural flow while still maintaining a sense of intimacy and exclusivity.
Conveniently located next to the main bar area, the Parlour allows guests easy access to refreshments while enjoying their own dedicated space.
For presentations or entertainment, the room is equipped with two flat-screen TVs, both available for use with an HDMI connection, making it perfect for corporate meetings, screenings, or celebratory slideshows.
A versatile and welcoming space, the Parlour Area is well suited to both professional events and relaxed social gatherings.

Prices
Once your booking is confirmed:
- A final invoice will be issued 10 days prior to your event date.
- Full payment must be received no later than 72 hours before the booking date.

Host rules
To ensure the safety, comfort, and enjoyment of all guests, we kindly ask that the following rules are observed:
- No smoking or vaping is permitted inside the venue. Designated outdoor smoking areas may be used where indicated.
- Dogs are welcome in certain areas of the venue; however, this is subject to prior agreement and must be confirmed in advance.
- Strictly no drugs are permitted anywhere on the premises.
- All external suppliers must provide evidence of valid Public Liability Insurance and ensure that any electrical equipment is PAT tested prior to arrival.
- No food or drink corkage is permitted. All food and beverages must be supplied directly by the venue.
- Fireworks, sparklers, open flame items, and confetti are not permitted anywhere on the property.
- Confetti is permitted but must be bio-degradable and only used outside
- No table confetti to be used
- Any decorations must be put up with bluetac only
- Any damages will result in an extra charge
