About this space

Treetop Adventure is a semi-private outdoor space in Go Ape Haldon and a treetop rope-course area aimed at children and young families.

Design: The course runs through mature woodland on timber platforms and narrow rope bridges beneath a dense tree canopy, receiving dappled natural light. The layout reads as compact elevated circuits that thread between trunks rather than open clearings.

Features: Sessions are scheduled as approximately one-hour experiences and are bookable online with quick on-site check-in. Trained instructors lead an introductory safety briefing and provide supervision while helmets and harnesses are supplied. Water stations are positioned at the course start points. The route includes a mix of rope obstacles and multiple zip-lines.

Ideal for: Families with children seeking a short, active outdoor session that is relaxed and hands-on.

What sets it apart: The course's continuous belay system keeps participants attached for the entire route, allowing independent progression between elements without re-clipping.

What guests say: The course provides elevated views over the forest canopy. The experience operates reliably across varied weather conditions, from frosty mornings to hot days.
