Staff were very friendly, but it felt like they were all distracted by other things.
Room was dark, and I had to ask for a extension leads to plug the screen in. Ordered unlimited coffee from 9 it turned up at 10 and then was never topped up and clean cups and saucers weren't brought in. Asked twice for it to happen. Went to order food from the bar and was told they were too busy and we could only order after 2pm, food finally came at 3pm after we chased it. The fries had obviously been left on the side and then put back in the fryer to heat up they were hard and full of grease.
