The Padel Café is available for exclusive private hire in the evenings and can accommodate up to 60 guests inside. The café courtyard is also available and can accommodate more guests outside during the summer months.

To help everyone enjoy a safe and successful event, please follow these venue hire rules:
The maximum capacity is 60 guests inside. Any agreed use of the café courtyard must remain within the confirmed capacity and event arrangements.
The venue’s private bar must be used for all alcoholic and soft drinks. Guests must not bring their own drinks onto the premises.
Alcohol will only be served to guests aged 18 or over. Our team operates a Challenge 25 policy, so valid photographic ID may be required.
No alcohol may be taken away from the licensed areas.
Children must be supervised by a responsible adult at all times.
Use of the TV must be agreed in advance. Hirers are responsible for supplying and testing any presentations, videos or compatible equipment.
Decorations must be approved beforehand. Nothing may be attached to walls, windows or furniture using nails, screws, strong tape or anything that could cause damage.
Confetti, glitter, smoke machines, candles and naked flames are not permitted.
External entertainment, DJs, musicians, equipment and suppliers must be approved by the venue in advance.
Music must be kept at an agreed volume, and noise should be kept to a minimum when using the courtyard out of respect for our neighbours.
Guests must not enter the padel courts or any staff-only areas unless this forms part of an agreed booking.
Smoking and vaping are not permitted inside the venue. Please use the designated outdoor area.
The hirer is responsible for the behaviour of their guests and for any damage caused during the event.
All personal belongings, decorations and equipment must be removed at the agreed time.
The event must finish promptly at the agreed closing time, and guests should leave quietly.
Venue staff reserve the right to refuse service or ask anyone behaving unsafely, aggressively or inappropriately to leave.
Any booking deposit, minimum spend, cancellation terms and additional charges will be confirmed as part of your booking agreement.
