1) Cleaning and clearing of the venue is the responsibility of the host or the person who signs the contract.
2) Damage to property will be charged from the security deposit(if the security deposit fails to cover the damage charges incurred, then we will reach out to the host/ person signing the contract for additional charges)
3) Music below 90 to 95 decibels is allowed
4) Smokingis permitted only in smoking zones
5) Anything that triggers the fire alarm is not allowed
