• Hirers are responsible for any damage caused during their booking and may be charged accordingly

• Bookings must start and finish within the agreed time (including setup and pack down)

• No excessively loud music that may disturb neighbouring properties, especially during morning hours

• Only activities agreed at the time of booking may take place in the studio

• No metal heels, taps, or hard/abrasive soles are permitted on the sprung floor to protect the surface

• Alcohol is not permitted during daytime bookings and may only be served via the licensed bar with prior agreement

• Children must be supervised at all times

• All personal belongings must be removed at the end of the session

• Access instructions and parking guidelines must be followed
