You can host your next launch, showcase, or creative event for up to 40 standing guests (24 seated) at this modern space that offers a unique setting perfect for product or book launches, creative workshops, small gatherings, and larger presentations!
It features high-speed Wi-Fi, air conditioning, a flat TV screen, and a friendly on-site host to support your event, with optional catering and professional photography or video services available, but you are also welcome to bring your own catering and suppliers.

Host rules
- Strictly no smoking or vaping
- Alcohol is allowed, but has to be purchased from us
- Dog friendly
- Music to be kept at a respectable volume
- Children under 18 must be supervised by a responsible adult.
- All setup and pack-down must occur within the session time.
- Cleaning fee is included in the hourly rate, although guests are expected to leave the space in the same condition as they found it.
- Guests must respect the space, and we ask/appreciate that guests tidy up after themselves.
- Guests must remove any equipment or rentals they bring in, and you should factor this setup and teardown time into your booking hours.
