No smoking in the building.
– Haus Of Sean Maloney content sessions are subject to an additional £50.00 damage deposit which will be refunded within 3 working days if no damage should occur
– Events are subject to £150.00 damage deposit which is refunded within 3 working days if no damage or excess cleaning is required
– Full payment is required to secure your booking. Dates are secured for 24 hours. If payment isn’t received within 24 hours the date will be released and open for bookings.
– Please note payment is not refundable or transferable for any date changes or amendments
– For any cancellation, payment will be forfeited
– Your allocated time slot is for your use and inclusive of set up and departure time. In the event of late arrival your time will still start from the original booking slot.
– If required there may be an option to extend your stay. This will be charged at £80.00 per hour or £120.00 for two hours.
– Any visitors under the age of 18 must be accompanied by an adult
– If you are planning on bringing animals into the studio this will require an additional £50.00 fee and will need to be confirmed and signed off with Team SM ahead of your arrival.
– Please note any damaged caused by makeup, tan, food or drink will result in your damage deposit not being returned
